About Hooligan Land Improvement

Hooligan Land Improvement is a locally owned and operated excavation and concrete contractor based in the Greater Cincinnati area. We're not a franchise and we're not an out-of-town outfit chasing volume — we're a local crew that lives and works in this region, and we know its soil, its slopes, and its seasons firsthand.

For more than 15 years we've helped homeowners, builders, and property owners across the area move earth and pour concrete the right way: site prep and grading, land clearing, driveways and patios, and the drainage that ties it all together. Along the way we've earned the trust of more than 100 customers who needed the job done correctly the first time.

We build from the ground up — literally

What sets us apart is what you can't see once we're finished: the base. We don't pour concrete on dirt or set pipe at a careless slope. We excavate to the right depth, compact the sub-grade, and build up several inches of locking rock so what we build on top of it stays put. It's more work, and it's the entire reason our work lasts.
